We ship anywhere in Spain.

We promise to prepare all orders received until 1:00 p.m. on the same day, sending them to their destination after verifying the payment. If your order has been placed after 1:00 p.m., it will be prepared the next business day. We want you to receive your jewelry as soon as possible!

Orders placed on Fridays after 1:00 p.m. or on weekends will be shipped on Monday or the next business day, if it is a holiday. If this is not possible for any reason, you will be notified by email and an estimated delivery date will be provided.

For all shipments within Spain, the courier company in charge of delivering all our orders is Correos Express. For international orders we operate through the Packlink and Correos shipping search engine.

Compliance with delivery deadlines is essential for us. But, it is possible that there will be a delay in your package due to causes beyond EMOLO's control, such as absence at home, wrong address or transportation problems. In these cases, the responsibility will be borne by the client and/or Correos Express.

During periods such as Black Friday or Christmas, deliveries may be slightly delayed, please forgive us. If your order has not been delivered within a reasonable time, please contact us through Customer Service .

If your order is returned by the transport agency, the costs involved in reshipping are borne by the customer, in the event of the following circumstances: incomplete address, inability to contact the customer or absence at home.

When you want to send an order to another person, indicate all the necessary data in the shipping address.

We like to take care of even the smallest detail, you can see how your order will be gift-wrapped at ÉMOLO Packaging and how to personalize a card.

Once your product has been shipped from our offices, you will receive an email with a link to track it. Also in the section you have all the information. In case of absence, the courier will contact you to agree on a schedule that suits your preferences.
