All EMOLO jewels are delicate, handmade and with natural stones. They are a timeless investment! Always treat them with the utmost care, it will help you maintain their splendor, shine and extend their duration in good condition.

These are some recommendations to care for and keep your jewelry as new

EXPOSURE TO ABRASIVE PRODUCTS

Whenever possible, avoid direct contact with water, seawater and swimming pool water with chlorine, as well as with any chemical product or perfume, so that the shine of the piece lasts longer. Do not subject them to sudden temperature changes either, since natural stones can undergo changes in their color.

PH OF THE SKIN

The pH of our skin can have a detrimental effect on our jewelry. Sweat, for example, can damage jewelry. We strongly recommend removing any jewelry before going to sleep, showering, or before participating in any physical activity. In the event that this happens, you can contact us and we will answer your questions at pedidos@emolo.es

CLEANING AND CARE

You should not use chemical cleaners that could gradually deteriorate the bath of the jewel. If a thorough cleaning is necessary, we advise you to use a soft cotton cloth with a little warm water and neutral soap, drying them later with a chamois, giving them light touches and avoiding rubbing them so as not to cause the wear of the gold plating.

Keep your jewelery like the first day by storing it individually in a jewelery box or soft fabric bag, such as the one included in our packaging.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

EMOLO does not guarantee that the gold plating of our items will last forever. Gold-plated pieces are more fragile and susceptible to losing color over time. The speed with which the color disappears depends on multiple factors such as the use of chemical products on the skin, the level of body perspiration or even the PH level of the skin itself. For this reason, it is especially important to take proper care of your gold plated jewelry.
