All ÉMOLO jewelry is delicate, made by hand and with natural stones. They are a timeless investment! Always treating them with the utmost care will help you maintain their splendor and shine and extend their life in good condition.

These are some recommendations to care for and keep your jewelry like new.

EXPOSURE TO ABRASIVE PRODUCTS

Whenever possible, avoid direct contact with water, seawater and chlorinated pool water, as well as with any chemical product or perfume, so that the shine of the piece lasts longer. Do not subject them to sudden changes in temperature either, since natural stones may undergo changes in their color.

SKIN PH

The pH of our skin can have a harmful effect on our jewelry. Sweat, for example, can damage jewelry. We strongly recommend removing any jewelry before going to sleep, showering, or before participating in any physical activity. In the event that this happens, you can contact us and we will resolve your questions at ventas@emolo.es

CLEANING AND CARE

You should not use chemical cleaners that could gradually deteriorate the jewelry's coating. If a deep cleaning is necessary, we advise you to use a soft cotton cloth with a little warm water and neutral soap, drying them afterwards with a chamois, giving them light touches and avoiding rubbing them so as not to cause wear of the gold plating.

Keep your jewelry as good as the first day by storing it in a jewelry box or soft cloth bag, individually, like the one included in our packaging.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

ÉMOLO does not guarantee that the gold plating of our items will last forever. Gold-plated pieces are more fragile and susceptible to losing color over time. The speed with which the color disappears depends on multiple factors such as the use of chemicals on the skin, the level of body sweating or even the PH level of the skin itself. For this reason, it is especially important to take proper care of your gold-plated jewelry.
